Partner, People Experience Advisory

Yvonne runs the People Experience Advisory practice at Meritos. She combines her extensive experience in coaching and mentoring alongside her passion for working with ambitious and talented professionals to be the best they can. She mentors and works closely with executives and senior leaders to develop strategies that create a constructive culture, which encourages high performance, innovation and better ways of working.

Yvonne has extensive Human Resource experience at a senior level working at Urban Utilities and Brisbane City Council in transformational change, organisational culture, leadership development, coaching, succession planning and talent management.

Practice Leader

Elena is an experienced people, culture and talent specialist who has partnered with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries for over 18 years to develop tailored HR strategies, roadmaps and best practice frameworks, as well as delivering on organisation-wide transformation and redesign projects. Elena is an ‘ideas’ person and values work that combines strategic thinking with creativity to openly explore possibilities and find new and better ways of working.

Elena’s has also run specialist and volume attraction and recruitment programs with her efforts being consistently grounded in her passion and expertise in workforce planning, organisational design and values alignment.
