We believe everyone should have access to expert industry advice: we make this a priority with our industry leading loyalty program.

At Meritos, we aim to create a brighter future for all Australians through our loyalty program that allows our current clients to accrue points from our services or ‘pay it forward’.

Your organisation’s accrued points can be used to offset costs against future recruitment needs. They can also be shared with other Australian organisations who may not be able to access Meritos’ services and through this program could source talent, obtain expert advice and create a stronger, purposeful future.

You can work from home whenever you want, no questions asked. We also want to help you spend more time doing the things you love, so you’ll be able to participate in our rotating Rostered Day Off where you work a four day week but get paid for five.

Additional leave

We provide paid holidays over the Christmas and New Year period. You also have a day off for your birthday each year and accrue an extra day of annual leave every year after two years of service.
