SSI Opportunities

Reporting to the Head of Home Care Workforce Program (HCWP), the three Business Relationship Leads will be critical to the implementation and operationalisation of a new business within the aged care sector across multiple locations in NSW/ACT.

The program objectives include attracting, training and retaining a large additional workforce of home care workers to support the growing demand for customer access to home care.

Reporting to the Student Service Lead, the two Student Services Coordinators will be critical to the implementation and operationalisation of a new business unit for SSI within the aged care sector across multiple locations in NSW/ACT.

The coordinators will be focused on assisting the home care trainees to achieve their goals, resolve their trainee problems and ensure consistent quality assurance standards of the trainees through supervising the caseload of the 12 Support Officers.
