Yvonne Lewandowski

Partner, People Experience Advisory

Yvonne runs the People Experience Advisory practice at Meritos. She combines her extensive experience in coaching and mentoring alongside her passion for working with ambitious and talented professionals to be the best they can. She mentors and works closely with executives and senior leaders to develop strategies that create a constructive culture, which encourages high performance, innovation and better ways of working.

Yvonne has extensive Human Resource experience at a senior level working at Urban Utilities and Brisbane City Council in transformational change, organisational culture, leadership development, coaching, succession planning and talent management. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in all workplaces and leads organisations in the development and implementation of organisational wide diversity and inclusion strategies that enable the sustained improvement in representation, capability and performance. Yvonne highly values and fosters her client relationships and believes in working in a partnership with organisations to deliver pragmatic, business focused solutions and strategies.

Yvonne values lifelong learning and strongly believes in curiosity, self-growth and professional development. She is currently studying her Masters of Science, majoring in Organisational Psychology at the University of London. She also has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing at the University of Southern Queensland. Yvonne has completed significant certifications and qualifications to enhance her offerings and experience, including Kantor & Structural Dynamics (level 1 and 2), Building Trust from Blanchard Australia, Brain-Based Coaching Certificate and has a lifetime accreditation with Human Synergistics (see below for her full list of certifications).

Yvonneā€™s coaching and mentoring also extends outside her professional career as she volunteers her time at Homeward Bound, an international leadership program for women in STEM. She is also very passionate about travel and enjoys experiencing new things and discovering what she can learn from different cultures and their people.
