Yvonne Lewandowski
Associate Partner, Leadership, Culture & Diversity
Yvonne runs the leadership, culture and diversity practice at Meritos. She combines her extensive experience in coaching and mentoring alongside her passion for working with ambitious and talented professionals to be the best they can. Yvonne unleashes the potential that exists within successful candidates by acting as a sounding board as they transition into the organisation and helps them define success in their first 90 days (she is the ultimate onboard coach!). She also mentors and works closely with executives and senior leaders to develop strategies that create a constructive culture, which encourages high performance, innovation and better ways of working.
Yvonne has significant Human Resource experience at a senior level in transformational change and utilises her extensive experience in organisational culture, leadership development, coaching, succession planning and talent management to support Meritos. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in all workplaces and leads organisations in the development and implementation of organisational wide diversity and inclusion strategies that enable the sustained improvement in representation, capability and performance. Yvonne highly values and fosters her client relationships and believes it’s not about what you can take from them but what you can give.
Yvonne’s coaching and mentoring extends outside of her professional career as she volunteers her time at Homeward Bound, which is an international leadership program for women in STEM. She also values the importance of mastery and strongly believes in constant learning, curiosity, self-growth and professional development. This passion translates into her love of travel, where she enjoys experiencing new things and discovering what she can learn from different cultures and their people.
