Rhonda Dau

Executive Assistant

Rhonda is Meritos’ key organiser and time manager. She is the glue that binds the organisation together through her love of to-do lists and details. Rhonda provides support to all members of the Meritos team, including diary management, invoicing and the day-to-day running of the organisation. She job shares this responsibility with her sister, Angela, who equally values her love of achieving results and getting things done on time.

Rhonda is a self-proclaimed detail freak and has been known to wake up in the middle of the night with another job to add to the list. These qualities ensure that Meritos continually runs smoothly and the team are able to stay task-focused. Rhonda is also Meritos’ event organiser with the annual Christmas party becoming a notable affair. 

When Rhonda isn’t keeping Chris and the team in line, she loves walking in nature and travelling with her family.
