Briaan Llorente
Director
Briaan is Director of the Healthcare practice at Meritos. He brings extensive talent management knowledge and experience to support organisations identify and appoint leadership talent across Australia’s private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Briaan is passionate about partnering with purpose-driven organisations within the human services sectors and designing best practice search and selection processes for assessment, talent sourcing, engagement, and organisational development.
With more than 10 years’ experience in agency and in-house talent and recruitment, he has built a reputation for developing strong relationships, understanding organisational context and needs, identifying solutions and tailoring processes to achieve the best outcomes possible for clients and candidates.
Briaan thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to create partnerships that contribute positively to organisations and people’s lives. He has extensive experience partnering with stakeholders across organisations and sectors to develop and initiate solutions that address challenges in the talent management process.
Briaan is a lifelong learner and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), specialising in social impact. This specialisation focuses his expertise in developing best practice frameworks that lead sustainable and systemic change, as well as social innovation for organisations in the human services sectors.
