Andrew Ng
Research Associate
Andrew is the Research Associate at Meritos. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from a diverse financial services background, with a global perspective. Andrew combines more than 18 years of investor and shareholder analysis and engagement gained in Australia and the UK. He has deep desires to find the right person for the right job and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Andrew prides himself on quality through his extensive research, data insights and analytical skills and loves going deeper than others to discover the much finer details. He epitomises the saying ‘leaving no stone unturned’. Andrew’s key duties at Meritos include executive search, managing the strategic recruiting pipelines, and developing and leading creative solutions to identify, attract and engage high quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Andrew is a highly motivated team player and loves working in collaborative environments (he’s come to the right place!). He values honesty and integrity, enjoys research, process improvement and innovation, which ensures Meritos’ candidates are taken through an exceptional candidate experience during our executive search process.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University. He is a lifelong learner and has also achieved his Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investments (FINSIA), as well as a Diploma of Investor Relations (AIRA). Andrew is an avid traveller, art and music fan and a self-confessed sports enthusiast and enjoys watching and playing basketball, touch football, soccer and boxing. He is also passionate about contributing to the community and volunteered at Make-A-Wish Australia for more than two years helping children’s wishes come true.
